She wears a small leather smock that covers the sparse clothing she wears under it, shorts and a tank top. On top of her head is shoulder length messy brown hair that is a stark contrast to the pure white fur covering her body. Her eyes are rather odd for a moogle, violet hued instead of the usual black. Another oddity the moogle possesses is her pom pom which changes color depending on her mood. _____________ Personality ŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻ Dot tries not to talk to people she is not familiar with, choosing instead to write out what she wants with her paint brush, only opening up as she gets used to those around her. On the outside she seems serious and thoughtful but given enough time they will find out how forgetful and curious the moogle can be, often forgetting in the middle of whatever she was doing at the time. _______ Goals ŻŻŻŻŻŻŻ Her main goal upon arriving in the world is to try and find a way back home. That is the only thing that sticks in her long and short term memory. ___________ Backstory ŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻ Dot grew up in a forest next to the town of Tula, living on her own after being abandoned by her moogle pack for her quirks of forgetfulness coupled with her gullible nature and odd pom pom. They were seen as a danger and she was left after the pack decided to move to a new location. She didn't realize this until a full day had passed. She would make frequent trips into town, wandering around and taking in the local sights. It wasn't until a merchant offered her a discount on a paintbrush that she started to become an artist, even though most of her art consisted of doodles on walls. She started to close up even more after finding the brush's magical paint would draw in mid air, letting her write out her thoughts instead of voicing them. She would continue her life of wandering the town and forest in a near constant state of daze. She was an unwitting (at first) companion to a band of heroes trying to save the world, one of them tricking her into coming along. She grew attached mainly to the engineer of the party and after the group disbanded, decided to follow him. The engineer got into many odd predicaments and on one such occasion opened up a portal to Transitus. They tend to face monsters on the road less and find more money. The character also gets critical hits more often, needing only be within 15% of the Difficulty number required to succeed. Absolute direction: No many where you are, be it a mile underground or in the middle of the ocean, you always know exactly what direction you are traveling in. A character with this advantage is theoretically immune to being lost unless magic comes into play. Smell: The character can detect different emotions by smell. They can also detect the scents of other people, making it difficult to surprise them. Also, they can track by smell alone. If the scent is strong enough, they may gain a bonus to their tracking skill if the character has the skill Absent minded: Though you do not forget important things such as skills, you do have a tendency to for things such as names, addresses, and what you're presently doing. In order to remember your name, you'll need to make a Magery stat check (Normal difficulty) Gullible (1): If someone told the character the sky was redwith one polka dots and the world was flat, they’d believe it. A character suffering from this disadvantage has a bad tendency to fall for lies and tricksters. For one disadvantage, the character is smart enough not to fall for lies that openly defy common knowledge (“The world is flat” or “the moon is made of cheese”). The two-point version means the character will fall for nearly anything. Soft Spot: The character has a particular soft spot in their heart for something- be it children, machines, even a good steak, the person has a true affection for it. If it's something that might come up in combat, the character has a 35% chance to refuse to attack it. If it's a possession, then they have a 35% chance to automatically accept any offer of it. There are other possibilities, and penalties for these are left purely to GM discretion
